Spacious and nice apartment in a good neighborhood

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The windows had external blinds, so there was almost no noise from the street. There was a tram stop a short distance from the accommodation, which took us to the center.

It might be nice to have 2-3 dishwasher tablets available (it would be impractical for us to buy a whole pack), but that's a minor detail :). And maybe some bigger tea cups :). We had a bit of trouble with parking, but we expected that – I'm just mentioning it in case anyone is traveling by car (almost everywhere around here is a residents-only zone) or you have to pay from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., but it's almost impossible to find a spot when you arrive in the evening. There is free parking at the pizzeria around the corner, except on odd-numbered Saturdays, but it's only available in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Florence. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with two large bedrooms that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The location is ideal, and everything was exactly as described. Our host was truly exceptional—kind, responsive, and flexible with everything we requested. Communication was smooth, and we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation to any future guest visiting Florence. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent and recomend

The flat was newly renovated and the things were functional. Every room and living room had a separate air conditioner and TV screen. The flat was spacious and had a cooking facility, though we did not use it. Train station SM Novella, half an hour approx by public transport. The tram stop was within walking distance. Welcome Coffee.

Check-in should be made easier, as you need to unlock a couple of key boxes. After 9 PM hard to find a supermarket or store.

Muy buena experiencia.

Lo lindo del apartamento. Muy conectado con el centro de la ciudad lo que permitía llegar con facilidad. Tenía todo lo necesario para poder estar considerando que éramos 6 personas.

El sillón cama no era tan cómodo. El agua caliente para la ducha no funcionaba bien para 6 personas considerando que usaba termo por lo que los últimos se bañaban con agua helada. El limpiador de wc estaba muy sucio. Pero el resto perfecto.

Mia casa in Firenze

Apartamento nuovo, completamente ristrutturato e molto pulito. Ideale per famiglie. Vicinissimo al Tramvia e anche sono supermercati vicino.

El tram a solo 20 metros y el piso está excelente en cada detalle, Bravo!

La tapa del baño estaba rota y las sábanas no estaban puestas en la cama matrimonial cuando llegamos. Además el sistema de apertura de puertas funcionó solo en un teléfono.

Appartamento fantastico! Servizi eccellenti!

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico sotto ogni punto di vista. L'host è stato molto gentile e rispondeva sempre subito. L'appartamento era molto pulito e accogliente. Aria condizionata in ogni stanza e servizi eccellenti. La posizione è eccellente,molto vicino al centro storico di Firenze. Ci torneremo molto volentieri, consigliato!!
