The host always helpful, friendly, and willing to make us feel at home. He provided a lot of useful information about transportation and restaurant recommendations, many of which are off the tourist radar.
Honestly, I don't have a single negative point to complain about.

Sehr positiv war, dass die Unterkunft Rolläden hatte mit denen man die Zimmer ganz abdunkeln konnte. Da es außerdem recht ruhig war konnten wir wunderbar schlafen. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und für eine Erkundung Roms und des Vatikans ideal gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und die Nachbarn haben einen äußerst nervösen Hund, der manchmal eingesperrt ist und dann kläfft. Aber da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren störte uns das nicht.
