Will Stay There Again

The location in city center was convenient to restaurants and sites we wanted to see. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms for our group of 5 was great.

No living room to sit and enjoy everyone's company. The only communal area was the kitchen table. That was ok but a sitting room would have been nice. We would definitely stay there again. Great value for the money.

Great Location and Great Stay!

The property is in a great location, about 3 blocks from the Cipro metro station for easy travel throughout Rome. There is a 24 hour grocery store about 2 blocks away, very convenient. The house was comfortable and the host was very communicative!

Perfect location and the perfect host!

Great communication with Thomas, everything we needed was a message away. He helped us also to book the transport to the airport, absolutely wonderful host! 🙂 Rooms were large and clean, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Very close to metro and bus stations (3-4minutes walk), walking distance to Vatican Museums (10-15minute walk), 24h supermarket, restaurants, shops are all nearby. Perfect location for a city break in Rome.

Good overall experience would consider coming again

Property was clean and big enough for our family. Close to the Vatican, we had a great time together. Thomas is a very friendly host

No soap to wash dishes or to wash our hands in the bathrooms. No trash bags, no shampoo etc.. we had to buy everything and then throw them away

Quiet and confortable place

Nice and quite place near the metro station, also grocery is few meters from apartment. Two bathrooms was also very useful. Thomas also arranged airport transfer with child seat, so it was great. We had a nice weather in Roma so it was wonderful holidays ;-)

Kitchen little bit small, also some living room is missing. But most of the time you spent out of the apartment, so no big issue.

Great place to stay, I recommend.

Very good location, near metro; close proximity to Vatican (in fact you can see Vatican from your street); quiet place, no traffic around; a lot of supermarkets around. Owner is very open and helpful, many thanks Thomas for help. Inside there is list of restaurants recommended by owner, and also we got some recommendations by SMS - and this is very important, because there are a restaurants that are cheating tourists, in a Rome and even nearby, so it's better to visit places from recommended list. Apartments are big, with all you need.

One minor point regarding sound proof walls/ceiling - it is pretty bad, you can hear nearly everything from your neighbors. But this is due to construction of the house, no claims to owner. But we were so tired that slept strongly :)

Fantastic experience in Rome

Thomas was a fantastic host, couldn't do more for us and arranged transfers to and from the airport. The apartment was clean with great amenities and there were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is also very close to metro line.

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean. The bedrooms were very spacious. One big bathroom and one small with a washing machine. We arrived early, but were able to drop our bags and head to get a beverage and explore a little before getting in. Thomas did a great job communicating before we arrived to offer transportation if needed. He checked in a few times to see how things were during the trip and offer assistance if we needed anything. All of his information was clear. The coffee, tea, juice, milk, and bread/cake were a nice treat to have. Thank you, we had a great time.

Great place and worth the money

For once the apartment had everything that was promised on the web. The facilities were good and rooms had space. Vatican and metro station is close. The host, Thomas kept contact and asked how we are doing

Other sights than Vatican had to be reached by metro. But that is obvious if you take a look at the map.

Wspaniałe miejsce na krótki pobyt w Rzymie z grupą przyjaciół.

Świetny kontakt z Thomasem (właściciel). Mogliśmy zakwaterować się wcześniej, zaraz po sprzątnięciu apartamentu. Thomas zorganizował również transfer lotniskowy. Lokalizacja super. Blisko do Watykanu i do stacji metra. Duży apartament, dwie łazienki, balkon. Jest winda (ale tylko na 3 osoby). Łóżka wygodne. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Blisko Market Carrefur ze wszystkim co potrzeba.

Czystość dolnych szafek kuchennych. Brak zapasowych worków na śmieci. Niskie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem.

Es war rundum ein gelungener und schöner Urlaub.

Es war schön, dass man 3 Schlafzimmer hatte, die man vernünftig abdunkeln konnte. Die Wohnung war groß genug um mit 5 Personen dort eine Woche zu verbringen. Super war auch, dass die Wohnung so zentral gelegen war. Man hat innerhalb von ca 5 Minuten die Metro erreicht. Es gab genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um sich für das Frühstück und Abendessen zu versorgen. Auch der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat mit super vielen Tipps uns den Aufenthalt noch schöner gestaltet. Auch ein Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung und zurück hat er organisieren können. Immer wieder gerne
