La vicinanza alla fermata Cipro della Metro A, 2 minuti a piedi, rende questo appartamento una base perfetta per esplorare tutta Roma. La casa era impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia e davvero confortevole. Il proprietario è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche, accogliendoci nel migliore dei modi. Torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento, situato al primo piano, è davvero molto grande: la camera da letto (in cui è presente anche un divano letto) è ampia e con un piccolo balconcino che dà sulla strada. Il salotto è arredato con due divani letto e un tavolo in cui si può pranzare/cenare comodamente in quattro persone. La cucina è di medie dimensioni, ma funzionale, così come il bagno. A cinque (esagerando) minuti a piedi dalla fermata Cipro della metro A e a un quarto d'ora dal Vaticano, è vicinissimo ad un supermercato.

L'acqua di Roma è notoriamente molto calcarea: suggerisco di controllare periodicamente i filtri dei rubinetti. Se si accumulano depositi, la pressione dell'acqua cala drasticamente e la caldaia non funziona a dovere (ad esempio, non arriva più acqua calda).

The apartment is very large, clean and well-equipped. I was on vacation with my family. There were 6 of us, including 3 children. This apartment has all the conditions for a good rest. Communication with the owner of the apartment is easy, he gives useful advice on all issues. The location is excellent. The metro is 120 meters away. There are markets and restaurants around. I thank him.

The appartment is in a very good area, near Cipro metro station, closed to supermarket and shops and it is big enough. The owner seemed very nice at the begining, answering to all our questions.

At check out, when we closed the door of the appartment, we realised that we forgot our phone inside. The owner told us that the cleaning lady will come in few minutes to open the door. Nobody was coming in the next hours and we were going to call the police because he was not answering at the phone anymore. In the end we were lucky because their nice neighbors called him and insisted to gave us the phone and he appear after a while. Also in one morning a young man tried to enter in the appartment and we were lucky that we have closed the door. So it is not a safe place to stay especially if you have children.
