Great choice for family reunion in Rome.

Friendly and responsive host, clean and functional accommodation, excellent location very close to the metro station and useful shops and establishments. Enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony in the evening.

It was great value for money and we have no complaints. Suggest maybe explaining how waste is separated and where to bin it as this varies a lot from country to country. A sign in the kitchen might help..

The owner is amazing, makes concessions, explained everything around the apartment and around the city how to move, he gets in touch quickly. The apartment is very good, comfortable, all accessories are there. The location is good, there is a subway nearby, a supermarket 24/7.

Exceptional

Great place with a great host. Location is also very good, close to the Vatican (when walking home in the evening, we walked through St. Peter's square everyday).Restaurants, Cafés and supermarket is close by. Metro station is also within 2 minutes.

The only minor inconvenience was that the beds were noisy when turning around. But this was the only minor thing, which did not really bother us.

be careful when you choose this apartment…

The appartment is in a very good area, near Cipro metro station, closed to supermarket and shops and it is big enough. The owner seemed very nice at the begining, answering to all our questions.

At check out, when we closed the door of the appartment, we realised that we forgot our phone inside. The owner told us that the cleaning lady will come in few minutes to open the door. Nobody was coming in the next hours and we were going to call the police because he was not answering at the phone anymore. In the end we were lucky because their nice neighbors called him and insisted to gave us the phone and he appear after a while. Also in one morning a young man tried to enter in the appartment and we were lucky that we have closed the door. So it is not a safe place to stay especially if you have children.

We were warmly welcomed when arrived and got useful information, suggestions. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything you need to make breakfast before exploring the city (coffee, tea, utensils). Warm blankets were really appreciated considering the winter time! Location was also convenient, close to metro station and near to the Vatican.

Bed screeched because it was made of sheet metal. The walls were thin, we heard neighbours' daily life (television, laughing, water usage). However, it was part of the culture trip for us :)

A perfect appartment for our stay in Rome, large, comfortable and clean rooms with good wifi. Near to metro and bus stations, also near to supermarket. Friendly host who allowed us to deposite our luggage bevor check in. It was a very nice stay

Only location was good

WiFi worked. Owner met us on time. Grocery store (24/7 Carrefour) and metro station within 5 min walk.

No microwave. Very drafty windows. Thermostatic radiator valve on the heater "believes" that it's 24C 8n the room (it definitely is NOT) so it shuts the heater off. No extra blankets. No extra pillows. There was no pillow case and no bed sheet on one of the beds. Freezer has not been defrosted in a while. Old sandwich left in the fridge. We were asked to check out by 9am.

Nice apartment in great location

Large rooms, comfy beds, great location, lovely lady welcomed us on arrival, Coffee was provided for us.

Shower door was broken and shower needed a deep cleaning (it looks like it was just wipe cleaned for us). I hope this will be fixed for the future guests. Hair dryer could be replaced for a better one, it was very weak. A bit noisy from the street, but it is not the owners fault. Overall I communicated with three people- two of them were very lovely. But one lady that I was communicating with, wasn't very kind. We haven't been asked to provide passport photos on our arrival,. We received the text that they are needed the next day, while we were out in Rome. I promised to send photos when we will back in the apartment. We came back really late around midnight- by that time I received 4 chasing messages, one of them not very pleasant full of exclamation marks. I was surprised to be treated that way.

Great apartment, but bad organization

Great place, apartment was pretty nice.

The organization of the apartment, staff cannot speak english, you have to wait long for them to respond. And a bad experience with check out, they told me at 9:02 that i have to checkout at 9 and the staff told me that their boss told them to let me leave, this is not normal, strongly not recommend their attitude for that. I need to sort it out with booking. Once more, i don’t recommend this acommodation.

Naprostá spokojenost

Ubytovatel byl velice ochotný. Nic nebyl problém. Vše jsme snadno domluvili přes whatsupp. Přijeli jsme dříve, než bylo plánováno, přesto jsme si mohli v bytě nechat svá zavazadla a vyrazit do města. Lokalita nedaleko Vatikánu a blízko metra. Super, netřeba hledat nic jiného.

Komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila jasna i precizna. Apartman je bio prostran i pristojno opremljen. Lokacija apartmana je izvanredna, vrlo blizu metroa i Vatikana.

Közel a metró és boltok. A házigazda Luca nagyon segítőkész és rugalmas volt.

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Gościnny Gospodarz. Dobre warunki do wypoczynku po zwiedzaniu Rzymu.

Znakomita lokalizacja: - blisko stacji metra Cipro, a równocześnie nie przy głównej ulicy, - bardzo dobry punkt startu do wypraw do Watykanu, - w pobliżu dużo sklepów i dobrych restauracji. Gościnny i chętny do pomocy Gospodarz. Apartament bardzo dobrze przystosowany do wypoczynku po męczącym zwiedzaniu Rzymu.

Rzymianie są hałaśliwi - kierowcy trąbią na bocznych ulicach nawet w nocy.

Es el alojamiento perfecto, no tengo ninguna queja, fue muy cómodo para mi y mi familia, el anfitrión estuvo siempre muy pendiente y atento a cada momento de la reserva, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y la ubicación es ideal, muy cercana a Metro y tiendas. Grand appartement avec cuisine et balcon proche commerces, restaurants. Station de bus et métro à 200 mètres. Parking dans la rue où parking privé. Proche du Vatican. Possibilité d'arriver plus tard moyennant un supplément. Hôte très sympathique.

Mauvaise isolation dans la chambre principale. On entend les "voisins". Ce fut le seul point négatif car le reste très bien !

Ottima la posizione

Non c'erano stoviglie per tutti. La chiave del bagno era rotta ed ho dovuto chiederla. Avevo chiesto la gentilezza di poter lasciare le valigie dopo il checkout e, nonostante il checkin sia previsto alle 16,00, mi è stato detto che era possibile lasciare le valigie solo fino alle 13,00 (Sicuramente non erano tenuti a farlo, ma è una gentilezza che in genere tutti fanno). Inoltre il check out è alle 10,30, abbiamo fatto qualche minuto di ritardo ed alle 10,40 ci siamo visti piombare in casa una dipendente, mi sembra un po' fuori luogo, sarebbe stato meglio una telefonata.

En general todo fantástico. La atención de Luca ha sido increíble, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación del apartamento estupenda ya que está en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo, estando muy bien comunicado con una boca de metro al lado y cerca de paradas de bus. El piso es tal cual se ve en las fotos, bien equipado y con camas muy cómodas
