The flat is centrally located in Buxton with pubs, shops and eateries nearby. The property was nicely presented and clean. The lounge kitchin diner was well presented and had all the usual utensils and appliances. The bedrooms are located to the rear of the property and away from the main road. The beds were very comfortable. Regarding customer service, the managers answered questions promptly. Overall the price was fair.

The property is small and the local area is a little run down. It was also a little hard to find as the location image is of the neighbouring house. You access the property via a shabby looking gated yard at the rear of a cafe containing the bins. Once inside the property you climb a steep staircase into the flat. The rooms are nicely decorated but cramped and have no storage. Also the property is advertised as having parking. This is not the case. There is no dedicated parking. The local car park is a short walk away and reasonably priced. There is a damage waiver on the automated check in. I misread the detail and ended up paying an additional £40 rather than a fully refundable £200. Always check T&Cs before accepting!

Very clear and helpful instructions and parking advice given, it was easy to get into the apartment, well equipped, comfortable and lovely and clean inside. Wonderful central location.
