Real period character, a delightful 17th century cottage. A sympathetic restoration and restored to a high standard. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great location for Southwell. We had no trouble parking in public car park behind property, but might be busier in School Summer Holidays. Lots of great pubs and places to eat. It is a period cottage, so stairs a steep and doors are low which is all part of the charm, but if you have mobility issues the stairs might be a challenge.
There is no TV or Wi-Fi, which did not bother us too much but boomers should be aware. The mobile signal for EE was weak. The one thing we missed was a microwave in the kitchen.

Great location, beautiful little, cosy cottage. Very nice furnishings and comfortable beds which were immaculately clean. The cleanest and most comfortable place I have stayed and I've stayed in LOTS.
