We were greeted by a very nice lady who explained the facilities. The place itself was modern, tidy and the complimentary drink and snacks were a very nice thought. The location was close to everything and car parking was provided.
The bed and sofa bed were not the most comfortable, but I have a back problem, so that would contribute.

Loved how clean and homely it was. Loved that the shower was big enough for me (I'm a big girl) liked how there is a pull out sofa bed so we cud sleep separately because it was so warm and bein a big girl i was worried th wooden slats on th bed might break. Loved th sound of th water fountain and th lights in th garden at night. Th host was a very helpful and nice guy. Very nice place ideal for a couple days break away. Well equipped with high quality appliances.
How warm it got but that was no ones fault we were in a heatwave.

Stayed here for a wedding nearby, excellent location therefore. nice and tidy, very effective use of a small space, ok for the purpose of my stay. thank you for the considerate provision of towels and basic amenities. "kitchen" had a very advanced kettle and nice coffee machine! a lovely view of the well maintained garden outside with a pond with koi!
the photos make the place look much bigger than actual size, but this wasn't too big of a deal for us. another big downside was that there was no simple cooking facilities - I couldn't even boil some vegetables as there was no hob, and the vent is not actually connected to anything. got by with microwave and grill/oven/toaster cooking... there was a cabinet that also didn't close properly below the sink, but no big deal.
