I would not come back.
The bed was ok and the area was fine too.
First, the day before arriving to the place, I received a message saying that the property that i reserved and payed for was not available. We were relocated to a different place, further away from where we wanted to go.
Then, during the communication via messaging, the owner was apologetic, but face to face he was confrontational and condescending towards us ewhen we talked about the fact that we were annoyed bout being relocated.
There were also many rules not mentioned to us but mentioned in a "online guide" about the room, rules that if broken, it could cost you money. The communication about the rules was also not good, i.e the owner said that we could use the fridge, but in the guide said that we were not allowed.
In this guide rule it was stated very clearly that everything should be cleaned and that it was very important to them, but there was black mold in the room and the bed cover was stained even before we used it.
Overall, a very unpleasant experince and I would not recomment this place at all.

Doable for the price, but wouldn't spend more than 2 nights there
-Aldi grocery nearby
-easy access to the accommodation
-quite clean
-big blanket
-towels and soap provided
-helpful and kind staff
-very damp room without dehumidifier
-window cannot be opened
-the main light isn't working so it's kind of dark even though there is a lot of small lamps (the led tape is good, however it switches off on it's own after few minutes)
-shower door is see-through glass (opened towards the room which can be uncomfortable for friends, the toilet door is thankfully facing just the sink)
-no other appliances just fridge and coffee maker, at least an electric kettle would be nice
-just glasses, cups and small spoons - small plates or bowls would be nice for breakfast

Not a hotel.
The handyman on site was very friendly.
- No garbage bin
- No hand soap
- Kitchenette sink plumbing incomplete
- Light switch barely worked at all
- Door is not insulated at all, you can see the corridor through the cracks
- Door DID NOT LOCK
- The shower is open topped and the only exhaust fan is in the bathroom
Other "features" of the room that are absolutely not up to hotel standards include general uncleanliness of the tiling and grout in the shower, tiny bathroom and a bunk bed that feels it's not properly screwed together.
I have sent a reclamation over four weeks ago and the proprietor has not responded in any way. I should hope booking.com takes responsibility as the service platform, gets me my refund, and does something about this scammer.

De kachel die echt (voor ons gevoel) op 28 stond.. het was echt super warm toen we binnen kwamen en de hele nacht ook.. iets te warm ook echt. En jammer dat de wifi het niet deed, of naja het wachtwoord telaat werd doorgecommuniseerd.

Trou aménagé dans une terrasse dégueulasse, pas rangée avec des mégots de cigarette posés partout. Il faisait très froid à notre arrivée. Les finitions c'est vraiment du travail d'amateur. Les prises pour le frigo à côté de levier et le frigo colle au chauffage, hyper dangereux. La douche n'avait pas l'air propre. Les toilettes ne se ferment pas et il faut traverser la cour dans le froid pour y aller. Chambre minuscule sans fenêtre, lumière apparente par la porte sans rideaux également. La chambre vaut à peine 40e la nuit et encore... Nous avons payé le double c'est tout simplement une arnaque.
Ma pire expérience avec booking. Booking que faites vous avec ce type d'établissement ?

Προσοχή δεν έχουν όλα τα δωμάτια μπάνιο και τουαλέτα. Είναι παν βρώμικα πολύ στενάχωρα χωρίς φως στο μπάνιο που πληρώσανε επιπλέον 40 ευρώ για να το έχουμε. Παντού μυρίζει μούχλα και η κοινή τουαλέτα βρωμάει μέχρι τον έξω δρόμο.

Wer hier nächtigt sollte sich gut kennen. Meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer.
Die Dusche ist neu und super. Kaffeemaschine mit 3 Kapseln stand bereit.
Ich bin auf Booking Level-3, reise viel und hab keine großen Ansprüche - hier muss ich jetzt aber doch mal genauer werden. Beginnend damit, dass der Türcode zum Öffnen, der uns geschickt wurde, nicht gestimmt hat, glücklicher Weise hat uns der Nachbar eingelassen.
Die Eingangstür öffnet links, direkt danach steht ein Schrank was das Eintreten mit einem größeren Koffer eher schwierig macht. (Bild). Danach findet man sich in EINEM großen Raum wieder, das Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten ist nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt (Bild). Wer also einen Schnarcher dabei hat - viele Späße. Außerdem war es im Haus sehr laut, man hört jeden Heimkömmling mitten in der Nacht, da kann der Vermieter aber nix dafür. In den Nachtkästchen waren noch Medikamente vom Vormieter.
Wäschetrockner, Waschmaschine oder die angegebene Mikrowelle, sucht man vergeblich. Auch gelang es uns nicht einen Flachbild-TV zu zu lokalisieren, trotzdem ist für Unterhaltung bestens gesorgt:
Wenn man die schwarze Jalosie (Bild) hochzieht kann man der Nachbarfamilie beim Kochen zusehen. Möglicherweise haben DIE einen TV wo man durch das Fenster mitschauen kann, wir haben erschrocken wieder zugezogen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat jeder freien Blick durch die Glastür in die Dusche. Und wenn man den Trennvorhang zum Schlafbereich zurück zieht kann man vom Bett aus auch die Geschäfte in dem fuzzi, fuzzi kleinen Klo beobachten.
Der Zahnputzbecher war ekelhaft (Bild).
Der Aussenbereich ist prinzipiell schön, aber nur durch Ausstieg aus dem Fenster erreichbar (Bild) welches aber leider nicht ganz auf geht weil das Bett so nah dran steht... (Bild). Die Dusche ist nagelneu und funktioniert super, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher stehen auch bereit.
Fazit: Für EINE Nacht und wenn man sich wirklich GUT kennt kann man das schon machen, wobei ich finde 200€ pro Nacht sind weit überbezahlt.
Tut mir Leid, ich weiß Bewertungen sind für den Vermieter sehr wichtig, aber wenn sich überhaupt wer bemüht hat dann war das der Nachbar.
