Fantastic family run hotel in a tranquil location

I originally had a split booking but extended it for a longer stay, so I stayed with my family for 10 days and it was wonderful. The entire staff, including Irma, Charlotte, Max, and and Noemi were like having family friends helping you out and making sure everything is OK — and the restaurant was phenomenal. And the fact that they let you take your dog to the hotel is just super! We will be coming back!

Great place to stay

This hotel is a gem of a place lovely and clean and pleasant on the eye we stayed for 3 nights on b+b basis the staff were very chatty and welcoming Breakfast is delicious and so much variety and plenty of it. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was beautiful Bedrooms was great with comfy beds and pillows large bathroom We even got wine water beer coke coffee machine with all accessories which was replenished daily Fabulous and very much recommended

The restaurant was very clean and modern. Cable tv had plenty of options. The rooms were large.

The beds were extremely soft; they seemed to be old. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there were spider webs on the ceilings.

Was on the ground floor with a door straight out to the car parking. But now window to open since its only was a door to open. Far away from the city and difficult with taxi out there, but was some buses going to the centrum.

Lovely place, amazing people!

The staff and breakfast was amazing! Lovely and very helpful people, when we came to the restaurant for breakfast we were surprised with a full table with different kinds of food, pretty views and door to walk outside to the parking and a field. The staff was lovely, very chatty, super helpful, kindest people I've met in a hotel for long time! One night stay but was so nice! Hopefully we can come back again!

The only thing that was little troubling for us what the lighting in the rooms and bathroom, it's pretty dark inside if the weather is cloudy, a brighter bulb or different lamp would do it well especially that the interior is pretty to look at!

Disappointing

Breakfast choice limited but i had what i wanted. Some others may want a wider choice / buffet style as is more common

Nobody was there when I arrived. Nobody answered my phone calls or e-mail on the day when I advised of late arrival. On arrival I found a key was left to open a room, but I wasn't sure if I was entering somebody else's room, I just took a chance. I think this hotel is not really set up very well for business travel, where late arrival is a common occurrence. Bed very soft....I stay in a lot of hotels and am used to arrange of conditions, but this one was really a bit too uncomfortable.

Katastrophe, ist die Bezeichnung Hotel nicht wert!

Das Frühstück war das einzig positive.

Eiskalt im Zimmer, Spinnenweben überall, Fliesen nicht verfugt, Zimmerschlüssel 6 für Zimmer 26 (???), und das für €127,50 eine Schande. Ein sehr schlechtes Zimmerprodukt, das wurde von schlechten Handwerker gebastelt. Höchstens €50 wert wenn man keine Alternative mehr hat. Sollte sich kein Hotel nennen dürfen. Das Frühstück war das einzige positive sowie der Service Mitarbeiter morgens. Eine Frechheit für den Preis.

Prima verzorgd, mooie locatie en zeer vriendelijke gastvrije personeel

Zeer vriendelijk personeel met kamers die er prima verzorgd uit zien. Ontbijt is extreem luxe en ook de bediening is zeer vriendelijk. Met oud en nieuw daar een overnachting gehad en raad iedereen aan om daar te overnachten. Wat overigens nog een pre is dat het maar 10 minuten rijden is naar de efteling.
