清潔で広々している点。海や観光地から近いという好立地の中、宿泊費が安い点。オーナーさんが迅速丁寧な返答、対応をしてくださる点。洗濯設備も整っていて、荷物が少なくて済む点。
駐車場が少し離れたところにある点。近隣との距離が近く、夜の音漏れが気になる点。リフォームされていない部屋があり、建物の古さを感じる点。

部屋が広くて、シャワートイレのトイレが２つあって、浴室も広く、浴槽にゆったり入れました。各種食器や調理器具、ドライヤー、バスタオル、複数のハサミなど、必要なものがきめ細かく揃っていて、とても快適に過ごせました。街並みも風情があって良かったです。スーパーも歩いて行ける距離です。
これは仕方のないことで、良くなかったことというわけではないですが、駐車場がちょっとだけ離れていました。あと、チェックアウト10時は標準的な設定ですが、朝の弱い我々のような人向けにもう少し遅い設定だったら更にうれしいです。
