Conveniently located close to the Zenkoji temple. Staff speaks English really well. Half-board is great value for money, the food is of exceptional quality and comes in copious amounts. Overall attention for detail and service is high.
The only little thing is that dinner and breakfast time are a bit rigid, with dinner being too early to my personal liking (1800-1830 start).

Right at the heart of the historic part of Nagano. Really well managed family hotel…all the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Incredible and amazing experience. The place is lovely, right next to the Zenkoji Temple and easily accessible from the train station (10 mins subway). I strongly advice the breakfast and dinner. Delicious food and great service. Highly recommended.
