Nice staff, good facilities, love the washing machine and dryer. Good location
The quilt is too thick which is a bit too hot for this weather

- Fine location - Fully equipped and spacious room - Nice staff
The toilet not equipped with automatic washing unit. No elevator, so if you have big luggages and were given the room on 4th or 5th floor. Imagine carrying them up and down.

The apartment is in walking distance from Nagano station, safe area, easy to find. Spacious apartment with nice dining table, where 4 people can sit together to enjoy food, talk. The apartment is very clean, have everything we need, even Netflex to watch if still spare time.
Attention: there is no elevator, will need to carry the luaggage to the floor, we are fortunate to be in 2F :-)

Clean and roomy
This property has no lift! It’s crazy that I have to carry 4 luggage each about 20kg to go up and down to 4 floors. I wasn’t told about this until a few days before my departure, which is too late for us to look for others during this peak season.
