Staff are quite indifferent to my needs.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were polite. The food was pretty good but expensive.

The room was quite small and people smoked right under my window.

Lovely hotel, would reccomend to others.

Very clean and nice location. The restaurant served nice evening meals too. The hotel room was spacious with a lovely balcony. Good location for the ski bus to both Solden and Obergurgl.

The pillows were very flat!

Only two things: (1) It would have been helpful to have shampoo and soap in the room and (2) it would help if there were washers and dryers for guests to use. With wet ski clothing, that can help.

Hommikusöögil ei ole piisavalt rohelist, puuvilju. Teeninduse tase on kõikuv. Ei ole sauna ega mingit riiete vahetamise ega pesemise võimalust juhul, kui peaksid jõudma enne, kui tuba on valmis või lahkuda pärast toa äraandmist (nt soovid ärasõidu päeval veel suusatama minna, pärast dušši all käia). Locale appena ristrutturato, camera grande, semplice ma bella, bagno grande con finestra, terrazzo, posto molto tranquillo. Ottima colazione. Buono anche il ristorante annesso. Vicino a Solden paese. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

Sehr schönes Hotel, großes Zimmer im Souterrain mit tollem Blick ins Tal. Sehr nettes Personal, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Gute Busanbindung.

Sehr schöne geräumige Unterkunft mit tollem Blick ins Tal

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, unkompliziertes Einchecken (die für das Tiroler Meldegesetz notwendigen Angaben konnten bereits im Vorfeld per Web-Formular erledigt werden). Riesiges Zimmer in Souterrain mit kleiner Terrasse und tollem Blick ins Tal. Sonderwünsche (Gepäckaufbewahrung, Abreise vor Frühstückszeit) wurden problemlos berücksichtigt. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das Restaurant bietet ein hervorragendes, preiswertes Angebot für das Abendessen. Bushaltestelle mit regelmäßigen Verbindungen in das gesamte Ötztal und Seitentäler in 100m vom Hotel. Trotz Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße sehr ruhig.

Keine (zu Fuß erreichbare) Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort.

Für Stop-over oder länger - hier kann man es aushalten

Netter Empfang, unkomplizierter Check-In, Parken direkt vorm Haus. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im Souterrain, die noch nicht renoviert waren. Trotzdem war alles urgemütlich, die Zimmer riesengroß und mit Terrasse. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Große Auswahl, sehr leckeres Essen und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
