Enjoyable stay for ski

Very clean, good location. Sofa bed in app 2 is not ideal when staying there with 4. Walls a bit thin (hearing neighbours just talking to eachother) but after 22h all silent. Sauna and wellness a real joy and super clean. Friendly staff!! Comfortable ski room.

A very well spent week of skiing.

Very good localization - very close to a ski route and not far from a ski lift station. Beautiful views outside the window. Rich buffet breakfast. Rooms were cleaned every day. It was done discreetly during the breakfast - very comfortable in case of staying in a room when being tired after intensive ski adventures. Well prepared ski room. Electric cars can be charged there.

The room ("zimmer") was connected to the suit ("apartament") with a thin door, so every sounds or talks in one were clearly heard in another. Cheap bathroom faucets, setting the right water temperature was difficult. The coffee machine was quite old and quirky.

Read carefully the description of the room!

I have the impression that I've been fooled! The title of the room's post was "Double Room without a view." Great price, great reviews, just a little problem: the room was in the basement. Literally, in the damn basement. No windows! To be honest, that information was mentioned in the last part of the description and repeated in an email (in German - I'm Italian - and Google Translator didn't do a great job) I received after booking without the cancellation option. I think that the fact that the room is in the basement isn't an insignificant detail to be written at the end of the description; it should be in the title: "Double Room in the Basement without a Window"! Of course, it wasn't possible to change or upgrade because the hotel was fully booked. Not to mention that the room was very cold and not provided with a visible heating system. Quite sure everything’s legit on the host's side but, in my opinion, not candid!

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

The apartment was separated from a neighboring apartment by a locked door creating a passage from one apartment to the other. In the middle of the night, the guests at the neighboring apartment were probably curious if the door can be opened, so they grabbed the door handle multiple times, which scared the hell out of us! It would be useful to put a sign on the door stating 'Do not attempt to open this door.'

beautiful Stay and great service

the apartment was very spacious and well organized for a group of people, the bed and pillows where very comfortable (very important after a long ski day) and had a very nice view to the snowy mountains outside. the kitchen was very well equipped with a Kitchenette, a small fridge and a dishwasher. The whole place was very clean, beautifully arranged and the Staff was very welcoming . Would totally recommend to get the breakfast in the morning, there were enough tasty options to choose from the buffet, will definitely visit again on my next trip!

Fantastic place to stay.

Welcoming and friendly. Helpful advice for our onward journey. Fantastic warm room/apartment. Would be perfect to stay for a while. Cooking area, sofa, great shower. All you could need. Great views. Really quiet. 5 min walk down the hill to closest restaurant. Would recommend.

Very clean cozy room with window with view on the mountains. There is private parking. We didn't have the breakfast, but they offer it. Absolutely incredible water from the tap! So we are satisfied!

The apartment is beautiful with mountain view. It's big with a little kitchen and balcony. The location is great.. you can walk behind the neighbour's house and find yourself on the ski piste. The breakfast is also great with all the things you can wish for. They have a ski dry room which is locked in the night.

Brilliant location close to the slopes - a 2 minute walk up a track to the side of the piste. Very friendly staff and very accommodating with our young baby - good cot and high chair.

Nice family run hotel.

Would be better to be more customer oriented and accept also cards for payments, but not only cash... In the check-out they request to pay local tourist tax only with the cash. We didn't have cash with us and needed to go down to the village to withdraw 7 EUR, the ATM will also charge you around 3 EUR for the transaction fee...

Great summer stay with plenty opportunities for fantastic walking trips

The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable. There are towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher cubes present in the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent for walking trips in the mountains in the summer. We have no car, and we came by buss. We made terrific walking trips in the mountains around the apartment. There are shorter and longer walks, all very beautiful.

There was a slight cigarette smell in the apartment. This was noticeable every time we entered it. Shortly thereafter, you don't smell it anymore, but for a smoke-hater it is disturbing.
