We loved everything about this place. It is beautiful, clean, in an excellent location and all communication was clear and easy.

Adorámos a nossa estadia! O anfitrião foi muito atencioso, deixando os itens essenciais como azeite, vinagre, sal, pimenta, açúcar e café. Isto tornou a nossa estadia muito mais confortável e conveniente, especialmente para o pequeno-almoço e refeições rápidas. Havia também produtos de limpeza e sabonete/champôo, o que foi muito útil. A casa fica perto de tudo o que precisávamos, supermercado e restaurantes. O estacionamento à porta é pago, mas é possível estacionar gratuitamente a uma curta distância. Recomendamos vivamente!

Fantastic location in a warren of streets with little white houses and bougainvillea, a block and a half from the river. The house itself is as advertised - small, old, cute - and was very clean. AC worked well in all rooms.

First impression was a damp musty smell that took a day to clear out by leaving windows and inner door open. Second impression was that the company really made minimal effort to decorate or make the place feel homey. Not even a rug on the floor, cheap ikea furniture, supermarket-level wall art. None of the authenticity or charm you hope from this type of house rental. This would be forgiven if there were kind and welcoming proprietor, but this place was run by a management company that even had their branding on towels and bed linens and sent a ton of automated emails that I found rather alienating. They were completely uninterested in hearing about it when there turned out to be roadwork on the street outside the house that meant a bulldozer literally directly outside the windows of the apartment belching exhaust for almost half my stay.
