​We had such a wonderful stay at Casa das Letras during our time in Tavira! The house itself is absolute perfection—beautifully renovated to a very high standard, yet full of original character and charming details that make it feel so cozy and homey. It had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. ​The location couldn't be better. Tucked away on a super quiet street, it felt peaceful and private, yet it’s only a quick 7-minute stroll to the main town square and the River Gilão. Being just a few minutes’ walk from the Mercado Municipal was fantastic for picking up fresh seafood, local produce, and meat, and there are some lovely little cafés and bars right around the corner. We especially loved spending time outside on the patio and terrace—it was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the fresh air. ​What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Margarida. She was such a warm, thoughtful host! Communication was seamless and super quick, and she regularly checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed. To top it off, since there were no incoming guests on our departure day, she kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the house after checkout so we could enjoy our final afternoon in Tavira hands-free before our evening flight. We can’t thank her enough for her hospitality! ​We would love to come back and stay at Casa das Letras again in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tavira!

La situation géographique, la qualité et le type de l'hébergement (maison typique), le rapport qualité prix, décoration avec goût, les deux terrasses, la climatisation (4 têtes), les équipements, possibilité départ/arrivée autonome, la disponibilité/communication avec l'hôte, les cadeaux d'arrivée (bouteille de vin, bouteille d'eau, capsules de café, fruits), le stationnement gratuit et relativement simple.

Suggestion d'amélioration : la taille du réfrigérateur (freezer), petit par rapport au nombre d'occupants du logement - Ajout d'un miroir de plein pied dans la chambre principale.

Casa muito acolhedora, rústica, localizada no centro histórico de Tavira, com estacionamento gratuito em frente. Dispõe de ar condicionado em todas as divisões, o que é óptimo. Dois pátios muito simpáticos, um no piso inferior e outro no superior! Assim como duas casas de banho. Para além disto, pet friendly o que agradou muito ao nosso patudo!

As portas interiores e as portadas das janelas apesar de manterem o charme são pouco práticas e deixam entrar alguma luz.
