i liked the location, how modern the amenities were inside, had a nice yard to sit in, and had coffee in the outside sitting arrangement, a washing machine, and a dishwasher
i think there were issues with the drains; they could be smelly at times. Keeping the bathroom door shut did help

Great location. The apartment is very well equipped with houseware items. The decor is lovely and very roomy.
1. There was a musty smell that was off-putting. It was especially bad in the washroom.
2. The beds were very firm and not terribly comfortable.
3. I messaged the property many weeks before my reservation to change the stay from 5 to 3 nights. I never heard back until it was past the cancelation deadline and they said changes could not be made and that they didn't see the messages I sent several weeks ago (How convenient...felt like I was being taken advantage of). So I paid for 5 nights and only stayed 3.

We liked that it was really central and very clean every thing you would need was there, hair dryer, microwave, TV, Netflix air con. There is a wonderful French cafe almost next door for French breakfast.
we did not like the smell, and the fact that we had to pay 250 cash on arrival with no reciept, I must say it was reimbursed almost immediately after check out. It was very hot and smelly when we arrived. We would have appreciated if the air con had been on and the apartment aired before we arrived. No sharp knife if you want to cook. The second room was hot and pokey, no windows or natural light, no airconditioning.
