The property consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area—all in an open-plan layout—and a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The first floor features a light and bright second bedroom with a king-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a large private terrace with a table and chairs, sun loungers, a BBQ, and a seating area. From here, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine and views of the old city center. There is an additional refrigerator, as well as a kettle and coffee maker, in the second bedroom adjacent to the terrace—ideal for keeping refreshments cool. In addition to air conditioning in all rooms, the living room and bedrooms also feature ceiling fans for those who prefer not to use the air conditioning.

I wanted to be in the old town near the river, restaurants and shops. This place was perfect. Enjoyed the upstairs patio area when not out and about.Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. The appliances were new. The air conditioning worked well. The bathrooms were modern and clean. We parked outside although there was a garage. We had no problems while we were there. Jaoa was available by text or phone I’d needed him.

We stayed at the property for a month in May 2025. It was clean, well equipped, conveniently located in walking distance to the train station, bus station, historical center, and beach ferry. We could not have been happier with this location and rental property. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Thought to share that based on some of our pics!

Quiet for in city house, kitchen well equipped, good sized garage for small car, bed comfortable, spare sheets and towels. Nice welcome package you can purchase and responsive agency.
