Centralt, väl utrustat för 4 pers , dock inte för 8 pers - besticken hade inte räckt till. Men vi är mycket nöjda med helheten och kan rekommendera stället 🤗

Enda negativa var slöa knivar ! Och hade behövt maskindiskmedel för varje dag och flera soppåsar. Gärna ett byte av handdukar på en vecka.

Good location. Loved the extra touches like tea, coffee, soap. Really clean. Very quiet

No negatives. Was shown a book at the office which may have contained a map but there wasn’t one in the apartment.

Great welcome by Diana. Two sets of keys very helpful. Spacious and airy apartment in pleasant, gated complex, in surprisingly quiet yet excellently central location close to everything in beautiful Tavira. 5 min walk to the river with ferry boats to the beach, 7 min walk to Republic Square and Roman Bridge. Great variety of restaurants and shops close-by. Very effective aircon. Really good wardrobe space. Reserved underground car parking space very useful (though a little tight).

Unfortunately, we found some serious issues regarding cleanliness and hygiene after check-in. Although Algartur resolved the issues 24 hours from reporting them, they were respectively gross and annoying. A builder’s scaffolding with rubble chute outside our front balcony resulted in dirt and dust we had to clean away before table and chairs could be used. The rear terrace was full of weeds and looked neglected. Washing machine and clothes rack, but no laundry basket. The swimming pool is a lot smaller than it appears on the photos and could have been more chlorinated. Using a third party to demand and hold the breakage deposit was unexpected and I first suspected a scam.
