Good communication with host. Spacious apartment, air con, clean, tranquil setting, walking out onto the pool, good location for centre of town

We were met on arrival outside the main gate, allowed entry to park and then shown the apartment. All very easy. Be aware, one unusual aspect of this rental is to handover a damage bond in cash on arrival which is not returned until after a departure inspection. The apartment is on three levels with a ground floor bedroom/en-suite, first floor living area/kitchen and a second floor mezzanine bed/bathroom. We added a second thin duvet to the bed for our cold January stay, but were otherwise comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Location is great, just over the road from the municipal market, a short drive to 3 supermarkets and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town.

Only downside is if you intend to use the mezzanine bed, it’s completely open to noise from the living area/kitchen. Eye patches for sleep would also help as there’s a high window with no blind. Not a problem for us as we only used the downstairs bedroom.

Apartamento mostra sinais de desgaste e precisa de reparações/renovação. Casas de banho pouco limpas.

É um sítio lindíssimo, e tranquilo, mesmo em Agosto. Piscina grande. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias. Fica perto do centro, do mercado e do ferry para a Ilha de Tavira. Tem estacionamento, o que é uma grande mais valia!

É um triplex, o que dificulta a gestão com crianças pequenas. A zona exterior tem poucas esperguiçadeiras.
