The property is beautiful and wonderfully located. It has a dream swimming pool, it is a really pleasant place.
Nevertheless there are some structural details which were a problem:
1. The bedroom with two beds, a mezzanine, is really tiny, it has no doors and there is no natural ventilation.
2. There are a lot of stairs to move from double room to living room and from living room to mezzanine: people with health conditions will struggle.
There are two other problems which can easily be fixed: the front door strongly squeaks, waking up everybody. This can be solved by oiling the hinges. And on the double room the windows are not protected against mosquitoes (all other windows are).
