The Serene Suite

The apartment is extremely well done, everything is carefully thought out for guests’ convenience. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you may need and all kinds of dishes for cooking. The apartment is impeccably clean and is generally very comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach and there’s a bust stop next to the building which is convenient if you want to use a bus (you can even get to the airport by bus).

While the apartment itself is great, we didn’t feel very safe. It’s a commercial building so if you arrive late at night (like us) or on a weekend, it’s dark and empty. The entrance to the building is not protected, and all units are entered from an internal gallery overlooking an internal yard (which is actually a parking). So it feels very insecure. Plus, the gallery is dark at night and you need to use your phone flashlight to walk to the apartment. There’s also some issue with the address. If you enter the building’s name into the Bolt app, the taxi arrives to the parallel street behind the building. If you use the street address provided by the host, Bolt doesn’t find it (it doesn’t have building 2, only building 5).

Cozy and quiet apartment in Larnaca center, very close to the beach, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing our meals. Our host, Katerina, was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful (thank you!), although we did not have the chance to meet her in person. We definitely recommend this place for a meaningful experience in Larnaca. We would most likely come back to this place next time.
