5 minutes from the promenadeand and to the marina. Wonderful place.

Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

The flat is very spacious, aircon in every room, and great location. The beds were big and comfortable. The kitchen had a coffee maker which was great. Big bathroom, nice hot water, enough for 4 people to have at least 1 shower every day. It wasn't loud at night, and it has blackout blinds which meant we slept very well. Big balcony, although the view was of a construction site. Thankfully, there was no work being done during the week while we were there so it didn't bother us. Very close to the beach and marina, lots of good restaurants around us.

The keys/lock are a bit tricky to use, it took multiple attempts every time. The check in was a mess - check in is at 3pm but we asked if possible to check in early, they allowed us to check in from 2pm which was very nice. However, when my parents arrived there, the keys were not in the lockbox. They had to wait in front of the building until 4pm for the keys to be ready - 2 hours late from the time we agreed on (or 1 hour late even if you only count the standard check in time). No communications from the agent to let us know of the delay, they had to find the contact details from booking.com to ask what was going on and only then they were told that the cleaning was not ready yet.
