Highly recommended! Very clean, comfy, beach and main station in nearby. All facilities are new and fully functional. I had lovely time with my daughters.

Perfect location and excellent value for money. We stayed for 7 nights and found everything we needed in the apartment, including an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, kettle, and drying rack. It’s within walking distance of Finikoudes Beach, the old town, and the bus station, making it easy to explore other cities as well.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The beach was within walking distance, which was a big plus. We also appreciated the complimentary water and wine—it was a lovely welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi password listed in the room was incorrect, and we couldn't connect initially. Fortunately, the owner replied promptly on WhatsApp and provided the correct password, so the issue was resolved quickly. However, it would be helpful to update the password information in the room. Regarding the hot water, we had been informed about it in advance, but there still wasn't enough hot water for two consecutive showers. After one person showered, the next person had to wait some time before there was enough hot water again. Overall, it wasn't a major problem, but it's something future guests should be aware of.

- The apartment is situated in the city center, approx. 5-10 min far from the Finikoudes beach, with a promenade full of bars and restaurants. There are also grocery stores and other stores nearby (fashion, sport etc.). - It can be reached directly from the airport by bus 425 (journey takes approx. 15-20 min). - It was easy to reach the host online and align on arrival and the keys handover. - The host was very nice and helpful, provided us with 2x 1.5L water for free. - The apartment was equipped with a small balcony incl. tiny rack for drying clothes, however the balcony is shared with other two units, divided just by a thin wall. - There was a lift in the house (apartment was situated in the 4th floor). - Well equipped kitchen incl. detergent and sponge for washing the dishes.

- We stood for 3 nights (Saturday-Tuesday) and although we did not arrive during the high season (it was just begininning of May), the neighbourhood was very noisy and we could not sleep well at night. In fact, on Saturday and Sunday night, drunk people were constantly loud until 4-5am on the street while coming back from party, and when we finally expected a relaxed night on Monday, Russian speaking drunk couple was arguing all night long on the balcony of a building nearby. This made our trip very demanding, as we could not rest for any single night. - Outside the bedroom, lots of pigeon excrements were on a net protecting the air condition - it was not feeling comfortable to open a window to such enviroment. - At first, we were happy to have a balcony, but sadly, the balcony was kind of a shared one, divided just by a thin wall. Since the other guests staying in the next door apartment were strong smokers, it was impossible neither to open the doors to balcony or sit on the balcony, as the cigarette smoke was coming into the room. - Hot water - when there is no sun over the day, one needs to push a button and then wait approx. 10-15 min. It is not so big deal, but I think it is worth mentioning as well. - Despite of there is a washing machine, no laundry detergent was provided. Also, the drying rack on the balcony is quite small and hence rather designed for drying the swim costume only (perfectly fine for short trips).
