Az apartman központi helyen van , közel mindenhez: tengerhez, üzletekhez, éttermekhez. Tiszta, szükséges berendezési tárgyakkal felszerelt ( hütő, mikró, vízforraló stb.) Éjszakai pihenésre és tisztálkodásra megfelelő. .Rugalmas bejelentkezés, segítő szállásadó.

Mivel tényleg a központban van éjszaka sajnos néha gyorsulási versenyek voltak, de mi ettől függetlenül jól éreztük magunkat 😊

Чистота, просторность комнаты, удобства в целом. Комфортный диван и кровать, удобно расположится вчетвером

Ужасное местоположение, на улице можно было повесить хотя бы указатель, мы искали апартаменты пол часа. Так же нет никакой инструкции в квартире, например включатель бойлера для подогрева воды находится возле телевизора, что нигде не указано, а так же очень шумно спать с открытым окном, на улице постоянно гоняют машины с громкой музыкой. Так же можно было бы позаботиться о большем количестве переходников для посетителей из других стран

A good size apartment for 1-2 people, located in Larnaca city centre close to shops, minimart, restaurants, car rental outlets, just about everything you would need, and Finikoudes Beach within 500m. I spent 5 reasonably comfortable nights here. Highlights of this place - location, size, very reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, adequately furnished for a short stay, and the remote customer service was prompt and excellent! — their responses were almost always immediate — e.g. I asked for kitchen towels/cloth and they were delivered the very next morning. I can never understand accommodations with a full kitchen but not a single kitchen towel, strainer or dish and table cloth in sight - like what do you expect one to use to wipe down the counter tops or dishes after a meal for example. These things should be common sense I think but that’s a discussion for another time.

With all that working in its favour, it has the potential to be great, if only they worked on a few things. If I may offer a few suggestions: 1) The sofa should be replaced. The current one is threadbare. 2) Same for the pillows. 3) The glass/acryllic panel on one of the sliding doors to the shower stall had clearly broken and they didn’t bother to replace it. They should. It was a good thing I realised the glass was missing before I took a shower and wet the entire bathroom floor! 4) Always have kitchen towels, dish cloth, table cloth at the ready without needing to be asked. A dish strainer would be useful too. 5) A few optionals that might add a touch of care: Box of tissues and shower gel perhaps, maybe even shampoo if you want to go for the gold! 😁

ciągły problem z ciepłą wodą której nie było stale, brak informacji jak działa podgrzewanie wody, właściciel zignorował ten problem, poza tym mieszkanie nie jest uszczelnione przez co słychać hałas z ulicy mimo zamkniętych okien, brak ogrzewania mieszkania - jest tylko głośna klimatyzacja. Gospodarz nie był przyjazny, nie zgodził się na późniejsze wymeldowanie mimo że mieszkanie nie było wynajęte w dniu wyjazdu.
