Since there was an open day before prior guest and me, Joseph allowed me to check-in early, which was ideal since I had to be out of my rental in Ayia Napa by 11am. I was able to find parking in the lot across the street on arrival, but Joseph also saved me a spot in front of his office as an alternative. The apartment is spacious and clean. Location is really good in the center of old town, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach / promenade walkway.

The AC unit in the living area wasn't the greatest for the super hot days of early August we had, but also didn't leave us terribly uncomfortable either.

The host was very helpful and hospitable. He has as well rent a car company that we will definitely book for next stay

Apartament generos, complet echipat cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil al unei familii cu copii. Beneficiază de o localizare excelentă, în imediata apropiere a mijloacelor de transport în comun, a plajei, a tavernelor, a magazinelor, a pieței agroalimentare și a unui supermarket de tip discount. Gazdă foarte prietenoasă și interesată ca totul să fie în regulă.

Există și anumite inconveniente generate de proximitatea tavernelor. Zgomotul din exterior poate deveni, ocazional, perceptibil, în special în serile în care se desfășoară meciuri de fotbal ce se pot prelungi până târziu sau atunci când turiștii cazați în celelalte apartamente își continuă petrecerea pe casa scării înainte de a se retrage în locuințe. În plus, dacă aceste situații coincid cu programul de colectare a deșeurilor din primele ore ale dimineții, confortul acustic și odihna pot fi temporar diminuate. Per ansamblu, experiența noastră a fost una plăcută, iar proprietatea îndeplinește condițiile pentru un sejur reușit, motiv pentru care o recomandăm cu încredere.
