Luxurious Penthouse in Larnaca Center 300m From The Beach

Lägenheten var rymlig med en stor balkong och takterrass. Bra läge, med gångavstånd till både stranden och staden. Privat parkeringsplats utanför var ett stort plus. Tyst på natten, trots stadsbuller (trafik och byggarbete) på dagarna.

Vi kunde inte använda takterrassen pga trasig parasoll och oskyddade vassa ändar på trappräcket, som man kunde skära sig på (som hände). Det gick inte att få mörkt i det ena sovrummet då glasdörren ut till mindre balkongen inte hade rullgardin. Detta påtalades i början på vår 2 veckors vistelse och vi blev lovade att det skulle åtgärdas, men det blev inte av. Kontakten med hyresvärden under vår andra vecka uteblev. Vi rekommenderar 2 uppsättningar nycklar. Beskrivning av hur man sätter på varmvatten behövs i lägenheten. Standarden kan knappast kallas för lyxig, men den är helt okay.

Bardzo dobry standard, zadbane i czyste wewnętrzne pomieszczenia. Zaopatrzenie kuchenne wraz z TV oraz klima w każdym pomieszczeniu na duży plus. Kontakt z włascicielem świetny i dosyć szybki.

Nie jest to duży minus ale warto wspomnieć, że na moim pobycie nie było żelazka na wyposażeniu (dla rodzinki bardzo by się przydało) oraz sprzątanie nie objęło pięknego dachu, gdzie stół oraz cały wypoczynek były pokryte sporym kurzem co troszkę odebrało pierwsze wrażenie świetnie usytuowanego miejsca na relaks.

Checkin/out worked without problems. The place is large, was clean when we arrived and apparently was recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was quite modern. The living room had a good TV and a cozy couch. There are adaptor plugs everywhere and we loved the decoration. The balcony is great and the rooftop terrace was super for chilling in the sun and even had a grill. The beach and the city center are just a 10 min walk away and there are many good restaurants in the area. The bakery downstairs is perfect for getting breakfast or quick snack and a Frape (iced coffee) throughout the day with wonderfully friendly shopkeepers. We felt right at home, plus the Mediterranean holiday flair. We would definitely come again.

Minor things that seem to be standard in Cyprus: My girlfriend had trouble sleeping as the windows are far from soundproof, and the bedroom can't be darkened completely, though there are some blinds installed, and the neighborhood isn't too noisy. The spiral staircase with its low railing feels a bit unsafe, at least by middle European standards. The shower works great once warm but takes some time to get warm.

Excellent apartments right in the center of Larnaca! ✨ The flat is spacious, equipped with all necessary appliances, very clean and fully matches the description. The terrace is simply amazing — perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with a view. The location is great — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Parking is always available, which is very convenient for the city center. Great value for money! The host was very friendly and communication was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place, and if it’s available for my future dates — I will surely stay here again. 🌴
