Apartment Capella, Larnaca

The apartment is in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from town. It is spacious and has a lovely big balcony.

Honestly this place could be great with just a few minor things changed. For one, much clearer instructions are needed for finding the apartment. The google maps directions for the apartment take you to the wrong place and the number of the building isn't visible from the street but round the back. All of which could have been detailed in the check in instructions by the owner but aren't. I had to get in touch for clarification which I didn't receive, rather just an admission that people had found it difficult to find in the past but somehow the instructions were still inadequate. Besides that there is no bin in the kitchen, the water pressure in the shower is very low and the curtains in the bedrooms don't cover the windows; not great for an apartment that gets morning sun. Sadly we also had very loud construction happening from 7am every day but nothing that can be helped by the owner. If this apartment could be upgraded just a little it would be a great place to stay.

It is a good place in good location for bigger groups of 3-5 people who prefer home setting over hotels. The building was close to several stores, it was spacious and comfortable. Host was very fast to respond to questions and issues.

The space was not clean upon arrival. While the bedsheets and towels were fresh, the bathroom, floors and other surfaces were not cleaned after the previous guests (e.g. hair, breadcrumbs).
