This apartment is excellent, without a doubt. For me, it is the best in the city. The team is perfect, and the owner is a very respectful, caring person who is genuinely concerned about you. He is also always available in the apartment next door, ready to help whenever needed.
The team is exceptional, the best team I have ever encountered. They are extremely flexible, they do everything they can to help you, and they respond with impressive speed.
I would come back a thousand times. I went there intending to stay for one week and ended up staying for more than a month. The location is perfect, it is safe, the team is very attentive, and the fact that the owner is always nearby gives you an extra sense of security. He is always willing to help and solve any issue related to your stay.
Simply the best apartment and the best place for anyone looking for assistance, good amenities, a great view, and safety. You never feel like you are in a neglected place — quite the opposite, you can feel the care and attention in every detail.

The location was great, and the apartment was spacious. Checkout was at 12, which is good.
It has not been cleaned for some time. Very neglected. We only got one towel per person during our four day stay.
