Превосходно! Идеальные апартаменты в Ларнаке! Центр города, набережная и пляж 5 минут пешком, гостеприимство 10+! Мы в полном восторге! Потрясающий комплимент при заселении в виде огромной фруктовой тарелки, бутылочки вкуснейшего вина и сыра. Полностью оснащённая кухня, со всем необходимым. Отличная кровать и удобные подушки. 2 кондиционера в гостиной и спальне. Быстрый wi-fi. Роскошная веранда с видом на пальмы и тихий двор. Отдельным сюрпризом и большим плюсом для нас стала центральная автобусная остановка с другой стороны этого же дома, с которой можно было быстро и комфортно доехать до Ayia Napa, Limassol, Nicosia. Эти апартаменты созданы для туристов. Мы обязательно вернёмся!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Larnaca. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Finikoudes Beach and very close to the bus stop for Ayia Nappa and Protaras, which made getting around extremely convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The spacious balcony was lovely, we could relax and enjoy our mornings and evenings. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and water in the fridge, which was a very thoughtful welcome gesture. We felt truly at home throughout our stay and enjoyed every moment. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Larnaca and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Kwatera zgodna z opisem. Wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty. 2 piętro - winda. Wszystko było przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Gospodarz zadbał dodatkowo o owoce , wodę i wino. Czysto , mieszkanie zadbane. Wifi działa bez zakłóceń. Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe informacje odnośnie odbioru kluczy ze skrytki. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy poprzez wiadomości tekstowe. Mieszkanie jest w budynku usytuowanym przy głównej ulicy ale wszystkie okna i balkon znajdują się od drugiej strony. Dzięki temu jest bardzo cicho. Blisko do plaży , promenady. Lokalne sklepiki w pobliżu. Większy supermarket z dobrymi cenami 8 minut pieszo w kierunku Kościoła Łazarza. Lidl od kwatery autobusem 10 minut , pieszo 25 minut. Obok budynku znajduje się przystanek z którego bez problemu można dojechać do wielu atrakcji poza Larnaką np. Ayia Napa , Cape Greco , Protaras , Nikozja , Pafos. Wystarczy trochę czasu poświęcić na przeanalizowanie rozkładów jazdy. Kwatera idealnie nadaje się dla tych którzy nie wypożyczają samochodu tylko planują przemieszczać się autobusami. Bilety 2- 5 EUR za kurs. Do Ayia Napa warto pojechać rano i wypożyczyć tam Quada , 50 - 70 EUR za dzień, i pojechać nim na Cape Greco. Dzięki temu obejrzy się wszystkie dostępne tam zatoczki. Kwaterę bardzo polecam.

Property is located closely to the Finikoudes - that is it’s biggest advantage. If you come here during the beach season and you are all about being by the sea, then I would say do not think much about it and just book the listing. I also must note, that the mattress was of very good quality. The apartment holds heat well, which is a plus if you stay during winter. Big balcony on the sunny side was definitely a good feature. The hosts are not bad, but some job must be done to make the apartment worth its money.

If you are big on hygiene and spend a lot of time in the bathroom - then definitely pass on the listing. The ceiling is unusually low and if you are anywhere taller than 180cm, you would feel uncomfortable, unable to stretch arms upwards. Hosts provided bath plugs but neither fit in the bath itself. My companion has arthritis and counted on using the bath for medical purposes. The bath ventilation is another big issue, being the dirtiest I have ever seen. As a tall woman I had all the mold and dust in my face every day as I washed myself. I could not walk away from it because the shower hose was very short. I could barely raise the shower head over myself while standing. Thus, I had to wash on my knees which was VERY uncomfortable. To top it off, shower had very low pressure. The dirty bath ventilation situation was ironic to me as the hosts kept on insistently reminding me to wash my dishes before I go. Another big no was the exhaust in the kitchen and frying pans. The exhaust failed to take all the steam away as we tried cooking our food (nothing extra, pasta, some meat). The thick smoke did not leave even with all balconies open. I was worried that the simple pasta lunch will end up with firefighters. The apartment itself is worn off. You could tell it by extremely old bath towels, “tired” sofa, unkept balcony furniture, old and slow air conditioners, TV without YouTube/Netflix function (yes, take your PC with you or prepare flash drives with your chosen content, because there are only 30 channels and the majority are the Greek ones). A good addition to make the apartment more comfortable would be adding mosquito nets, because even during January we were bitten every night. Finally, the bed was very small. We were two medium sized women of 180cm and 170 cm and felt squeezed.
