Orientation & Pick-Up Info • Standard Pick-Up: 5:00 PM on your departure day • Standard Return: 10:30 AM on your return day • Orientation: Allow 30–45 minutes before departure • Manual Provided: For easy reference throughout your trip If those times don’t fit your schedule, early pick-up or late return may be coordinated. Please note this is case-by-case and subject to availability. If selected at checkout, it is not guaranteed until we confirm availability based on surrounding bookings. Unapproved late returns incur a $150 fee, plus cost of additional rental days. Boondocking & Power Setup You're fully off-grid ready with: • Built-in Generator • Lithium Batteries – Quiet, reliable power • 30-amp & 15-amp hookups – Campground compatible • Perfect for dry camping, remote sites, and national parks Return Checklist To help us keep the RV in great shape for future guests: • Spray off mud or bugs at a self-service car wash (no drive-thrus) • Strip used bedding and place it in a pillowcase • Dump black/gray tanks • Refill gas tank Rules & Fees • No smoking • No pets • No festivals • No drive-thru car washes, fast food windows, or parking garages (RV is too tall) • Cannot be driven “off road” or onto beaches • US travel only Fee Schedule: • Lost key: $300 • Dump fee: $200 if not dumped • Fuel refill: $50 + cost of gas if returned less than full • Excessive cleaning: $250 minimum, plus $100/hr after 2 hrs • Smoke/odor removal or professional services: If required, full deposit will be forfeited and insurance claims may be filed Whether you’re planning a family road trip, remote work escape, or weekend retreat, our Thor Motorcoach is road-ready and fully stocked.
