Come visit our beautiful and serene waterfront retreat located on the North Shore of Lake Travis and relax! This home is situated on a no wake cove overlooking Pace Bend State Park and the Balcones National Wildlife Refuge with convenient swimming and private boating access from the on-site boat dock! This home is fully equipped for you and your families enjoyment. The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, 2nd Bedroom suited with a Queen Bed & Crib, 3rd Bedroom also suited with a Queen Bed! You will find many ways this property will entertain you indoors and outdoors! Many daytime activities including fishing, floating, bird and deer watching. In the evening watch the sunset reflecting off the white limestone cliffs and later be in awe of the moon shining off the water.

House was exactly what we were looking for on our relaxing weekend away from home. Boat dock was great and house had amazing views!

Great property. Stairs are steep to the lake so be aware if anyone is afraid of heights or can’t handle multiple narrow stairs. The roads to Travis Peak are Steep and winding. If you aren’t used to driving on those roads, be warned. Otherwise it was great.

Pros: The house fit our 8 people comfortably. The large kitchen table was perfect for eating and games. The couch (although not that comfortable) fit most of us to watch TV or visit in the evening very well. We all felt that we had enough room in the house and the kitchen was big enough for everyone to join in and cook. The house is in a private cove and was perfect for swimming and floating off the dock! The AC worked well even for a Texas summer.
Cons: house is not that clean (spiderwebs and dust) and is need of a lot of update. Pretty much untouched since late 80s. The master shower leaks around the door and it would be great to have another bed in the empty room upstairs instead of a futon off the small room at the front door. The boat dock flooring is old and parts of it have lifted up creating some danger. The railing off the upstairs balcony (empty "Bar" room) is loose and feels like it might give way.
But otherwise we enjoyed our stay and loved floating in the quite cove.
