We stayed as a mother-daughter duo for a relaxing long weekend, using the studio mainly as a base for the beach and enjoying Kini, and it was perfect for that. The location is fantastic – about 30 seconds from the beach road, with a minimarket next door and wonderful Gorgona taverna nearby. Despite the central location, we found it surprisingly calm and slept very well. The bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is compact but cleverly arranged, with a great shower and a washing machine. We especially appreciated the pull-out drying rack with clothes pegs – such a thoughtful detail after a day at the beach. The outdoor seating was lovely for morning coffee, often with a very cute local cat keeping us company. The hosts were genuinely kind and accommodating, helping us with our luggage around an early arrival and late departure and responding immediately when we asked for an extra blanket. Overall, it exceeded our expectations as a comfortable, charming and practical base in Kini. For a high-season weekend, we thought it was very good value and would happily stay again.

The Wi-Fi was weak and unstable, and the shower drainage struggled to keep up when using higher water pressure. Our ground-floor studio faced the road and hotel opposite, so there isn't much privacy with the curtains open, although this didn't bother us. Some clearer information about check-in/check-out and the property would have been helpful. The studio was clean overall, but there was still a little room for improvement in attention to detail.

The most confortable room I have ever stayed, with all the amenities, 1 min for the sea and the bus stop going to other beaches and Ermoupoli.
