ALMA LIBRE SYROS

George and Efi are warm and kind people. They delighted in sharing their lovely home and Syros with us and we looked forward to Efi’s home cooked treats each day of our stay. We were lucky their other rental apartment next door to ours was vacant during our stay so everything was relaxed and peaceful and we had the whole outdoor area to ourselves. The views are spectacular and we made sure to catch at least one sunset from the courtyard. The bed and linens are comfortable, there’s plenty of hot water and even a bum gun! We wish the rest of Greece followed suit with this in the toilets. The cats were good company and entertaining and our sleeps were sound. George and Efi made sure they could deliver us to the ferry on our departure and connected us with a reputable scooter rental place in town. A wonderful stay!

We loved everything about the property! It is wise to note the location of the property on a hill, just outside town. There is a convenient shortcut and we sometimes took a taxi home up the hill in the evenings and rented a scooter to access the rest of the beautiful island.
