Marios House

Great spacious house, excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Very convenient that you can park in the property. Marios is a super host, very helpful, and the house has everything you may need and more!!

We had a wonderful summer holiday in this house in Kini. The place is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located - just a 5‑minute walk from the beach. It doesn’t feel like a typical rental, but more like a real home, with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The interior is modern and well equipped, while outside there’s a large garden with olive trees offering plenty of shade. Our host, Marios, was fantastic. Always available and kind, he truly made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Syros itself is a beautiful island, with stunning beaches, no crowds, and options for every taste. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

The property is as described and seen on photographs. All in good working condition. Communication with Marios is quick and really good, he is a very nice and open person always ready to help you. The location is perfect for relaxed stay on the island, nice sandy beaches and a very good food all in a small walking distance from the property. To sum up, all is perfect with the property, people and surroundings.
