Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ όμορφα ανακαινισμένο ημιυπόγειο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά με πόδια από το κεντρικότερο σημείο της Σύρου. Στη γειτονιά επικρατεί ησυχία, αφού τα σκαλοπάτια που βρίσκονται έξω αριστερά και δεξιά του καταλύματος, αποτρέπουν τους απαράδεκτους οδηγούς να κινούνται με οχήματα επί του πεζόδρομου, όπου βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα, σε αντίθεση με άλλους πεζόδρομους της Σύρου όπου δεν υπάρχουν σκαλοπάτια, Επίσης δεν υπάρχουν μαγαζιά τριγύρω, κάποια από τα οποία στο κέντρο της Σύρου παίζουν παρανόμως τη μουσική στη διαπασών, αδιαφορώντας για τους γείτονες και για το εάν θέλουν να ξεκουραστούν κατά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Το διπλό κρεβάτι είναι πολύ άνετο και με καλό στρώμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, αφού πρόκειται για διαμέρισμα 'value for money".
