We appreciated the generous space and charming vintage design of the duplex. It's a stylish place, well-suited for families. A lovely gesture awaited us upon arrival – a selection of homemade jam jars and freshly ground coffee in the fridge, which added a warm, personal touch.

However, there were several issues that impacted our comfort. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and out of the three air conditioning units, only one was functional. The heat during the day made the upper bedroom unbreathable, and even after hours of cooling, it remained too hot to sleep in. The building itself urgently needs renovation. Some balconies appear unsafe due to missing chunks of concrete, raising serious safety concerns. Additionally, none of the light bulbs on the staircase leading to the apartment were working, making it very difficult—and even unsafe—to carry luggage up to the third floor, where the apartment is located. Lastly, we would recommend replacing the current mixed-fiber bed linens with 100% cotton sheets designed for the hospitality industry, for a more breathable and comfortable sleep experience. With some urgent maintenance and attention to guest comfort, this property has the potential to be a top family destination.
