Perfect winter vacation with everything on hand.

Excelent location with fantastic views. Owner was very nice and friendly. Helped with every question I had, regardless of time. Not too far from any of the ski resorts nearby. Picturesque villages all around.

Parking a little busy if you come late in the evening. But lot more parking 100m away if you are not too lazy :).

it has spoiled my trip

Miss leading information. I was told the spa facility is closed AFTER i booked. And then, she lied again about me checking in- when in fact i have refused the booking due to the spay issue. The owner/ manager lied in the booking.com post. Sadly she did it 2 times. My apartment was on top of another set of stairs - not ideal to use with old people, injuries, children or heavy buggages. But she left this important detail out of the booking post.

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata è di piccole dimensioni, ma all'interno c'è tutto quello che serve per una piacevole permanenza. L'assenza di rumori esterni favorisce un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante!

Stanza ottima, stuttura troppo turistica.

La camera è curata e pulita. Carano è a 5 minuti in macchina. La struttura ha piscina, palestra, sala wellness, il parcheggio è vicino. Per noi la stanza è perfetta!

Troppa gente e rumore. Non siamo andati ne in piscina ne palestra ne sala wellness perché era pienissimo sopratutto di bambini e rumore. Tanto alla sera di notte come al mattino si sente troppo movimento.

Décevant

Propriétaire aimable et accessible

Logement difficile à trouver, situé dans un bâtiment non terminé ou en rénovation. Les équipements annoncés (piscine, salle de jeux, restaurant) étaient complètement fermés en basse saison, sans aucune information préalable. Nous avons donc séjourné dans un bâtiment fantôme, sale dans les parties communes et ouvert à tous, ce qui donnait une impression de chantier. L’appartement, très trompeur sur les photos, ne correspondait pas à notre réservation : une seule chambre et un canapé-lit inconfortable pour une famille de quatre. La propriétaire a proposé une chambre supplémentaire, mais celle-ci était totalement séparée de l’appartement, accessible seulement par le couloir et sans fenêtre, ce qui n’était pas acceptable. C’est regrettable de louer un logement dans de telles conditions sans en avertir clairement les voyageurs à l’avance.

In der Hauptsaison sicher toll

Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber, schöner Blick zu den Bergen.

Appartement bestand aus 2 Räumen, leider im 2. Kein Fenster oder Lüftung vorhanden. Tür zum Flur konnte nicht offen bleiben, da noch ein Zimmer auf dem Gang im Appartement vermietet war. Das Gebäude war sehr leer und es waren überall Bauarbeiten.

Camera Tripla piccola

Location molto interessante, in contesto montano con vista panoramica in questo residence moderno. La struttura è un appartamento piu una camera tripla affittata a parte. La camera tripla è veramente piccola e strettissima, bagno spazioso e bella doccia. Letto comodo. Se ricapiteremo in zona proveremo l'appartamento.

Unico punto luce un lucernario, non c'è possibilità di vedere nulla. Sensazione di essere chiusi e senza molta aria. Aria condizionata non istallata. Tv che si disconnette da internet continuamente.

la proposta che avevo sottoscritto prevedeva un mini appartamente con angolo cucina divano e terrazza nella realtà era una camera bella, pulita ma con un solo punto luce senza comodini abat jour. non e' corretto mettere una cosa e darne un'altra

Una bella scoperta

Il mini appartamento è molto bello, moderno, ha un bel bagno, è super pulito e con una bella vista.

Il bellissimo villaggio Veronza ( l’appartamento è localizzato dentro a questo residence che ha anche un Hotel) si localizza bene, ma l’appartamento è dislocato in un’ala che non ha indicazioni molto chiare. Comunque la nostra host ci ha guidato in maniera eccellente. Il parcheggio libero vista la grande affluenza era piuttosto saturo

Bel Residence , camera tripla senza aria condizionata d'estate non confortevole

La camera era arredata bene e molto pulita . La piscina e la sauna molto belle , aree comuni e spazi esterni piacevoli e ben tenuti . Ristorante pizzeria a due passi dal Residence

purtroppo la camera tripla è piccola e mansardata non ha aria condizionata ma solo un piccolo velox sul soffitto , questo è stato un forte disagio per il caldo di questi giorni . La notte non siamo riusciti a dormire perchè non si respirava . Inoltre la camera si raggiunge con una scala stretta quindi non è facile salire agiatamente con bagagli .

Buona soluzione economica

Struttura in bella posizione a qualche chilometro da Cavalese, stanza bella e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il gestore ci ha dato via wapp il giorno di arrivo le informazioni per arrivare alla stanza.

La stanza era molto calda e non è stato sufficiente aprire la finestra a tetto per rinfrescare poiché non c'era un sistema di condizionamento. Il residence e l'hotel hanno vari parcheggi ma, probabilmente dato il periodo di massima affluenza, non è stato facile trovare da parcheggiare.

Me encantó la propiedad. Tiene muy lindas instalaciones y concurrida por gente joven. Me gustó que pudiéramos entrar con clave ya que en la mayoría de los hoteles de dolomitas hay un horario final de check in y aquí podíamos llegar con un horario más amplio. La anfitriona muy amable y siempre atenta
