Moderne Einrichtung, toller Ausblick und top Lage für Ausflüge zum See oder zum Wandern. Besonders praktisch waren auch die Waschmaschine und der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Klare Empfehlung!

Man sollte wissen, dass die Straße vor der Unterkunft viel befahren und es auf dem Balkon entsprechend laut ist. Drinnen war aber alles super!

Perfect place to spend vacation in Molveno. Exceptional views on lake and mountains from balcony and huge window. Apartment was well equipped with all useful things (even washing machine which is important for active people). Easy access for all kind of sport activities, restaurants and shops. Parking spot and even locker room for bikes and other sport equipment. Good communication with host with all information provided in clear way.

A little bit noisy street right in front of the building, but in the evening it gets calm and don't disturb.

Es war keine Heizung angemacht, ein Abfalleimer im Bad und Schlaf-Rollos in den Schlafzimmern wäre auch schön!

Molveno is beautiful, and the apartment has a great location and views. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was very disappointing considering the very high price we paid. The apartment was not properly prepared for three guests on arrival: only one double bed was made, there were not enough pillows, the floors were dirty, and we found hair in the bedding. For more than a week, the temperature inside was around 28°C, even at night, with no air conditioning. We had to ask for fans just to make sleeping more manageable. There was no housekeeping during our stay. We had to wash our own towels and buy basic necessities like toilet paper and soap. What surprised us most were the conditions imposed on guests. After booking, we were required to sign an additional agreement with numerous rules and obligations that had not been clearly presented before we made the reservation. Despite the already very high rental price, we also paid a separate cleaning fee. Nevertheless, at check-out we were required to clean the kitchen and dishes, sort and take out the rubbish, and leave the apartment according to detailed instructions; otherwise, an additional cleaning charge could be applied. It was particularly frustrating to pay for cleaning, be expected to clean ourselves, and still receive an apartment that was not properly clean on arrival. We completely understand that guests should respect the property and leave it tidy. However, the combination of the high price, lack of basic service, poor preparation, additional cleaning fee, and extensive guest obligations was unacceptable. Had all these conditions been clearly disclosed before booking, they would have affected our decision to stay here. .
