La struttura presenta un design eccezionale, e’ presente tutto ciò che occorre per passare un soggiorno in comodità e confort. La vista è impagabile… meravigliosa. Stanze pulitissime e profumate, molto accessoriate. Personale sempre disponibile, sorridente, accogliente e super gentile. Abbiamo visto anche gli alpaca e i lama presenti nella struttura (carini e docili). Posizione ottima a 25 minuti dal centro di Merano. Consigliatissima e noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Bellissima scoperta ed esperienza.

מקום מפתיע ומקסים. על פסגה של הר עם נוף פנורמי משגע , בנה המארח ( המתגורר בבית סמוך) , בית דירות אירוח חדיש ומודרני, מרווח ומזמין ,שיש בהם הכל . הדירות של 45 מ"ר או 75 מ"ר והן מאובזרות עם מטבח חדיש ופינת ישיבה מדהימה לנוף. בחדרים יש מרפסת וגינה קטנה וניתן לבשל שם ארוחות עם מצרכים שנקנו מראש ולמי שלא התארגן, בקומה הראשונה יש חנות קטנה ממנה ניתן לרכוש, לחמים, גבינות, חמאה, ביצים וריבות מתוצרת ביתית. מקום מושלם לחופשה רומנטית, או לחופשה משפחתית. המארח אדיב ושירותי ועשה ככול יכולתו להנעים את שהותנו.

מומלץ להגיע באור יום, הנהיגה בלילה לראש ההר, יכולה להיות מאתגרת, אבל שווה את המאמץ...

Logement très bien équipé, très confortable et très propre. Check-in et check-out très facile. Petite épicerie sur place avec des produits locaux, super concept et très pratique. Propriétaire très accessible, répond très rapidement. Spa sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Le petit plus des décorations de Noël.

La route pour accéder au logement est très étroite.

Hochwertiges Apartment in traumhafter Lage

Traumhafte Lage ins Tal und auf die Berge. Modernes, sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes, neu gebautes Apartment. Besonders gut haben uns die vielen Holzelemente im Innen- und Außenbereich gefallen. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Bequeme Betten, indirekte Beleuchtung. Smarte Tür mit Pin oder kontaktloser Karte (unkomplizierter Check-in). Geräumige Dusche mit Regendusche. Waschmaschine mit Waschmitteltabs. Eintritt in die Therme in Naturns inklusive (sogar mit Bademantel, Badetücher und Badeschlappen). Schöner kleiner Hofladen im Keller mit regionalen Produkten, Selbstbedienung. Auch mit Brötchen fürs Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt

Man liest oft ähnliche Bewertungen – und manchmal fragt man sich, ob das alles wirklich stimmt. Nach einer Woche zu zweit in den Apartments Arduus kann ich sagen: Ja, es stimmt tatsächlich. Und noch mehr. Schon bei der Ankunft spürt man, dass hier alles mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Die Verbindung von Tradition und moderner Lebensart ist einfach perfekt gelungen – gemütlich, durchdacht und mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Komfort. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat, ist die Atmosphäre: Es fühlt sich ehrlich und authentisch an. Man merkt, dass hier Menschen wirken, denen ihre Gäste ebenso wichtig sind wie der Ort, an dem sie leben. Diese Haltung spürt man in jedem kleinen Detail – vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur letzten Minute des Aufenthalts. Für uns war es eine Woche voller Ruhe, Genuss und Inspiration. Ein großes Dankeschön an Patrizia und Michael – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Kurztrip mit Ausblick

Außergewöhnliche Lage am Steilhang mit spektakulärem Blick ins Tal durch die Panoramafenster und vom Balkon, Moderne Architektur außen und innen, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die gleichzeitig einen traditionellen Familienbauernhof betreiben. Südtirol ad its best!

Design und Bergwelt perfekt kombiniert

Tolle Architektur des Hauses und sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Besonders toll ist die Aussicht von der gemütlichen Sitzecke am Fenster sowie vom Balkon aus über das Tal. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war super sauber und die Gastgeber-Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch der mit regionalen Produkten ausgestattete Hofladen im Haus ist prima.

Die Lage war ein Wahnsinn. Alles modern und stimmig eingerichtet. Es gab eine Fensterbank, von der man die Bergwelt genießen konnte. Der Hofladen im Haus war erstklassig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Michael war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können die Apartements arduus - high living zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sensationelles Apartment hoch über dem Tal

Tolle Architektur in wunderschöner Lage; sehr gute, moderne und stilvolle Ausstattung. Schöne Aussicht von hoch über dem Tal auf die Bergwelt. Im Hofladen konnte man gute, regionale Produkte kaufen, vor allem die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren sehr lecker. Ein weiteres Plus war, dass der Eintritt ins Erlebnisbad Naturns inklusive war. Unser Gastgeber war überaus freundlich. Kurzum: wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Außergewöhnlich – ein Ort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen!

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus ist neu erbaut, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles war blitzsauber und durchdacht. Besonders begeistert war ich von der traumhaften Aussicht, an der ich mich nicht satt sehen konnte. Auch die ruhige Lage ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und neue Energie zu tanken. Die Küche war top ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht – ideal auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Betten (inkl. Kissen) waren super bequem, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Ein besonderes Extra war die gemütliche Leseecke – perfekt zum Lesen oder in die Ferne schauen. Der Gastgeber Michael war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Ich bin absolut begeistert und komme definitiv wieder!
