Condominio e strade limitrofe super tranquille nonostante la vicinanza allo stadio raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in dieci minuti e 2 minuti di auto. Nei dintorni tutto il necessario. Appartamento pulito, confortevole e fresco anche senza l'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata, comunque disponibile per i più calorosi, nonostante il forte caldo di questi giorni. Affacci nel verde molto gradevoli e rilassanti con terrazzino abitabile.
Se proprio dovessi dare un suggerimento il letto nella cameretta una volta aperto blocca il passaggio verso la finestra e la scrivania. Magari si potrebbe studiare meglio la disposizione o l'arredamento di quella camera 🤗

Spacious and fully equipped apartment. Very clear and easy understandable check-in instructions. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Perfect view from two terraces on the both sides. Park outside, stadium nearby.
The taxi is a bit expensive and sometimes hard to get during the peak hours. About 1 km to the nearest metro.

De locatie was prima. Het appartement was in de basis voldoende qua voorzieningen. Mooi dat er een wasmachine is. Er waren voldoende zeep, wastabletten en dergelijke aanwezig. Lift naar de vierde etage was ook fijn.
Alleen airco's in huiskamer en gang, niet in slaapkamers. Bovendien schakelde de airco's automatisch uit als alle lichten uit waren. Daarom moesten we met licht aan slapen. Erg was dat de radiatoren van de cv aanstonden op 5 terwijl het buiten 37 graden was. Er wss geen goed bereikbare lamp in een slaapkamer. De kussen van de slaapbank schoven telkens los. Ze waren niet vastgezet aan de stang van het opklapbed.
De toegangssleutel van garage naar lift paste niet.
