Простота доступа к проживанию, без дополнительных/бюрократических процессов (запросов информации, проверки и т.п).
Я хотел бы отметить, что недостаточно освещения в коридоре/на лестничной площадке. Это создаёт трудности при наборе кода для доступа к ключу от апартамента. Слабая звукоизоляция в апартаментах: громкий стук входных дверей и слышимость разговоров с улицы (особенно по ночам/во время сна на нижнем этаже).

La decoración y la limpieza. Fue una estancia muy acogedora y el anfitrión estuvo atento en todo momento.
Había muy poco menaje en la cocina.

The room was modern, very clean, in an excellent location. Check-in was easy and the staff responded to all inquiries very quickly.
In the bathroom, the shower is not separated from the rest of the space by a partition. So when showering, the entire bathroom gets wet.
