Very clean and nice.
On upper flat there ise very “heavyfeet” neighbor who sleep a little too few and downstair sleepers are very informed by the activities of a person upstairs :)

The design is excellent, kitchen also had all utensils available.
Rooms were really cold.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, communication from the host was generally good.
The neighborhood is "in transition" and not the best choice for tourists. Some areas of the apartment need better cleaning. There is issue with the water heating (I wouldn't recommend to use the bath as you will run out of water). The fridge and ventilator in the bathroom are extremely loud. Overall the apartment looks much better on the pictures.
