Set just off Scarborough's main beachfront, the apartment enjoys a central seaside location, with a shop, pub, and beach all 0.1 miles away, a lake 0.8 miles, and a river 1.1 miles. Due to this central location, parking can be limited, particularly during busier periods, but paid public car parks are available nearby.
