With stunning river views that will leave you in awe, this property is ideal for families and groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life while still enjoying easy access to Launceston, just a quick drive away.
As you step inside, you'll find a spacious and elegantly designed interior, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a large deck where you can unwind and soak in the picturesque surroundings. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining as the sun sets over the river, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your evenings.
Explore the stunning nature that surrounds you—whether it’s going for a walk, bird-watching, or simply enjoying the tranquility. After a day of adventure, return to the comfort of our home, where you can relax and create lasting memories.
This home has 3 great sized bedrooms. The master has a luxurious king sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite. A queen bedroom with built in robes and the third bedroom has a single bed and trundle.
We are an eco friendly property. No nasty chemicals are used. Please make sure to read the welcome book when you arrive on how to use the fugi clean system. Tank water is also used.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house. Feel free to walk to the river and it's surrounds but please respect our neighbours privacy and do not enter their property.
Other Things to Note:
• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.
• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.
• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.

Our stay at Wedgetail was so easy, the check-in process was well communicated. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The view was absolutely stunning of farmland and the Tamar River. We would definitely recommend staying at the property and we will definitely be back!
