Little house on the hill - 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom:
-The guest house offers an additional 2 bedrooms
-A well-appointed kitchen for preparing light meals and snacks.

-Bathroom with stand alone shower and laundry facilities
-The small deck is a lovely space for outdoor relaxation, complete with garden views.
There is plenty of onsite parking available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the driveway is quite steep to access the smaller house.
• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.
• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.
• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.
**For same-day bookings, a 3:00 PM check-in may not always be possible due to our cleaning schedule. We will have the property ready for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
