About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home located in Riverside. This spacious and inviting property is ideal for groups and families seeking a memorable Tasmanian escape.
Step into this comfortable and beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family-friendly haven. The open plan living and dining area is the heart of the home, featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light. Gather around the cozy fireplace on chilly evenings or bask in the sunshine on the huge front facing outdoor deck.
This house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group getaways. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a plush queen sized bed and ensuite. It has a front facing balcony with amazing views. The downstairs bedrooms offer 2 single beds and a cozy queen.
The central bathroom has a stand alone shower and bath for relaxing after long days exploring.
There is a large fenced back yard for children to play safely in.
This property is close to local attractions such as:
Tamar Valley: Explore the world-renowned Tamar Valley wine region, home to award-winning wineries and picturesque vineyards.
Cataract Gorge: Take a short drive to the stunning Cataract Gorge Reserve, where you can enjoy bushwalks, picnics, and even a chairlift ride with breathtaking views.
Tamar Island Wetlands: Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Tamar Island Wetlands Centre, perfect for birdwatching and serene walks.
Riverside Golf Club: Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Riverside Golf Club, just a short drive away.
Guests have access to the whole property
No parties please. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
Firewood is only provided during the winter months

The house was well-presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days away. Our host was wonderful — quick to reply, helpful, and made everything so easy. The kids had the best time exploring and settling into the space, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this stay for families looking for somewhere peaceful, clean, and welcoming.
