Welcome to Cosy Hideaway, your comfortable home away from home in Riverside. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this spacious retreat is ideal for families, friends, or groups.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, convenient laundry facilities, and a cosy living area with a Smart TV. Located in the peaceful Riverside suburb, you'll also enjoy easy access to local shops, recreational spaces, and some of Launceston's best attractions.
The Space
Upon arrival, enjoy the convenience of off-street parking. The driveway is shared with the apartment below, with ample space available for guests. If you require additional parking, plenty of free street parking is also available nearby.
Make your way to the front door and step inside. The home is arranged across two half-levels, with just a few steps connecting each space.
The upper level features three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer cosy queen beds, while the third includes two single beds, making the home well suited to families or groups. Each bedroom provides ample storage and fresh, crisp bedding for a restful night's sleep.
You'll also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. Nearby, the fully equipped laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and essential laundry supplies. A separate toilet provides additional convenience.
Head downstairs to the main living area, where you can relax on the comfortable seating, enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or make use of the handy study desk.
