Walking distance to museum.

Fantastic to have the whole house. It's a weatherboard cottage, typical of the Inveresk area. There is off street parking, a garden and three double bedrooms. Plus there are ample heaters provided.
The bath/shower could use some attention. The sealant around the bath has deteriorated and is mouldy and there is a damp smell in the room. It was tidy but not clean to a professional standard and there were signs of plaster flaking and other minor repairs that would ideally be attended to.

Quiet location and close proximity to stadium
Beds uncomfortable, hard,stale cereal left on shelf,
Empty toilet roll left on floor and toilet seat and lid left up. Mustiness. Old lollies found under bedside table.
While we were still there someone put the bins out and changed a shelf on verandah.
I found that a bit uneasy.
