CX Naples Centrale

Unfortunately I was only there for a day, couldn't make the most of it but the place seemed great.

We had a great visit. The check in was fast and all the employees were very friendly with the exception of one larger man, short brown hair, tall and over weight. He was not a desk agent but was standing at the desk every morning when we came down. He was very rude and very rudely tried to answer our questions to the desk agent. It was absolutely none of his business so he should have kept his big mouth shut. He needs a good punch in the face. Other than him, the hotel, staff, room and location was great. I would definitely recommend.

I booked the 6 people female only room and stayed for less than a week. This place is perfect, despite the location (5mins walk from train Centrale), the room has 2 en-suite full bath bathrooms! Also there’s a single sink and a changing place outside of the bathroom but still within the room, which is totally enough for 6 people. It offers towels, bed curtains, lockers (please bring your own lock). The bed is wide and comfy. My roommates are so quiet and mindful not to make any noise etc., which makes my stay more like a hotel experience. I would recommend to anyone who’s travelling solo to Naples to stay at this place! Best experience ever.

Room was a good size. Staff were very nice. Interior of building feels like cheap student accomodation or some sort of rehab facility. Bathroom very poorly designed - shower flooded the entire room, every time, and there was no way to drain it. Toilet blocked on arrival. Staff did sort it out. All the toiletries were empty on arrival, and didn’t get filled during our 3 night stay despite having asked. The area around the train station, where the hotel is located, is really really grim. You need to walk 15 minutes to get anywhere that doesn’t feel seriously dangerous. Not a suitable location to stay for a solo; female; or nervous traveller.
